Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Develop and maintain relationships with leaders to ensure a strong diverse pipeline of candidates using multiple sourcing channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through to offer, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates
- Manage the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating interview feedback, and extending offers
- Ensure compliance with all recruitment-related laws and regulations
- Collaborate with team leads to improve the effectiveness of recruiting strategies
- Partner with the People Team and leaders to continuously generate ideas to creatively and innovatively design up-to-date recruiting strategies.
- Build a diverse pipeline of candidates using multiple sourcing channels
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, equivalent years of experience
- 3-6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, as well as employment law and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment-related software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A Proactive approach to hiring and a solutions-oriented attitude
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Google docs
- High-energy and passion
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
