Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent
  • Develop and maintain relationships with leaders to ensure a strong diverse pipeline of candidates using multiple sourcing channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
  • Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through to offer, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates
  • Manage the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating interview feedback, and extending offers
  • Ensure compliance with all recruitment-related laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with team leads to improve the effectiveness of recruiting strategies
  • Partner with the People Team and leaders to continuously generate ideas to creatively and innovatively design up-to-date recruiting strategies.
  • Build a diverse pipeline of candidates using multiple sourcing channels

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, equivalent years of experience
  • 3-6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices, as well as employment law and compliance requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment-related software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A Proactive approach to hiring and a solutions-oriented attitude
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Google docs
  • High-energy and passion
  • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
