The Canadian Conservation Photography Collective (CCPC) was formed in 2021 with the objective of promoting conservation and science education through the production of strong, thought-provoking visual content. The collective is composed of freelance photographers from across the country and from a wide variety of occupational training backgrounds including biology, education, journalism, social work and business. We firmly believe that networking as a team and combining our strengths and experience dramatically furthers our ability to shed light on pressing conservation issues and to reach, inform and engage a much wider audience.

The Campaign Manager will assist in developing, coordinating, and facilitating photography and educational campaigns engaged by the collective. The CCPC has decided to proceed with national and regional campaigns in which the photographers collect visual content over a four month period. The images and videos will then be reviewed, organized, and presented in a range of formats including but not limited to social media posts, blog articles, website pages, and media releases. The Campaign Manager will set and communicate the campaign milestones, hold the photographers accountable for meeting the campaign objectives and uploading their content, overseeing the creation of the materials for distribution, and coordinating with the appropriate Core Teams to distribute the finalized presentation formats.
