Volunteer — UX/UI Front End Web Developer
- Time commitment: 0-3 hours/week
- Period: March 2023 – June 2023 (with possibility for extension)
BACKGROUND:
Help Us Help’s website is meant to be an easily-navigable, visually pleasing space where individuals can learn about the organization, its history, its current projects and activities as well as its future objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Navigate all pages of the website as a visitor to the webpage and identify areas for improvement
- Create strategies for addressing areas of improvement on the website
- Assist the Office Administrator in remodelling certain aspects of the website
- Provide advice on how to maximize fundraising efforts through our website
QUALIFICATIONS:
No experience is required, however assets include education in a related field, knowledge of Squarespace or similar software, and/or knowledge of fundraising for nonprofit organizations.
