As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for carrying out day to day human resource focused duties including but not limited to responding to email inquiries, telephone inquiries, reviewing and screening candidate application packages, candidate and employer based communications, social media support and more.

Core Accountabilities:
* Responsible for day-to-day office and human resources administration tasks and duties for the Anchored Group
* Respond to applicant, candidate, and client inquiries via email, phone, social media, and Recruit CRM Software
* Lead and assist with candidate communications, discovery calls, support requests, proposals and more
* Lead recruiting functions including but not limited to preparing job descriptions, job postings, applicant screening, creation and distribution of screening questions, screening tools, candidate recommendation packages, interview preparation and more
* Connect with candidates, job seekers and employers in a routine manner
* Assist with the creation and management of internal processes, policies and documents which include:
* *Maintenance of employee files and records*
* *Utilizing the understanding of HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to guide change*
* *Updating of internal policies and processes as efficiencies are identified*
* Assist the COO on all aspects of HR work where and when needed
* Responsible for assisting with and management of content creation for company social media pages while aiming to grow engagement
* Utilize social media tools to identify, attract and hire talent
* Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience working in the HR field
* Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a HR focus, Advanced Diploma in Human Resources, or equivalent job-related experience
* Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
* Ability to prioritize and manage a multitude of tasks
* Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
* Exceptional time-management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
* Must possess exceptional attention to detail
* Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
* Self-starter who is motivated, ambitious and works well alone or with a team
* Willingness to ask for help when needed
* A CPHR designation or working towards is considered an asset
