As a new member of the Global Credit Systems Solution team within RBC’s Global Credit function, you will work with the business and IT to ensure that the business processes and systems are designed to support Global Credit strategies; and that the IT expenditures are providing a maximum return to Global Credit.
What will you do?
- Contribute to system development projects for Global Credit, from gathering requirements to system testing prior to implementation
- As part of the team, facilitate IT design and development to provide maximum data integrity and flexibility going forward
- Ensure all IT development is properly tested; Reviewing UAT and execute BAT
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule, and that all stakeholders receive timely and ongoing communication
- Build relationships with stakeholders to facilitate progress
- Work with internal partners to monitor issue resolution and upgrade project scheduling
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a logical mindset and technical aptitude
- Ability to collect, analyze, interpret, and query data
- Inherent sense of ownership and initiative
- Excellent communication skills – clear and concise oral, written and presentation abilities
- Proven relationship-building skills to create, maintain and enhance relationships with internal and/or external partners
- Business System Analyst or similar studies
- Ability to comprehend and document complex business requirements
- SQL skills
Nice-to-have
- Studies in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Accounting, Economics or Finance
- Experience in GUI design or data analytics
