Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
- Be working and partnering with multiple stakeholders within the bank and teams such as contact centres, clients, internal operations teams etc.
- Dive deep into process mapping and gap analysis for client related issues and help find solutions.
- Provide recommendations for improvements to processes and procedures that drives operational excellence or a more amazing client experience
- Define the scope and the metrics to confirm success for initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders.
- You will help support with a larger scope of team wide projects and initiatives as needed.
Do you have the skills and requirements that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if:
- You are currently enrolled in post-secondary education.
- You love to learn and envision yourself working for an international organization that heavily invests in your future.
- You enjoy being involved in extracurricular activities such as conferences, clubs, and competitions and/or hackathons.
- You have knowledge in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- You have the ability to research, analyze and prepare a report.
- You have Knowledge in SQL series, although not a requirement.
- You are analytical, detailed oriented with strong written and verbal skills.
- You can work on multiple initiatives at the same time.
