The Google MBA Internship program is intended for students who are pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration in year one of the program, depending on their program and unique circumstances.
The Google MBA Internship is available in different cities of the United States, and participation in the Google MBA Internship doesn’t require a U.S. Citizenship.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
Eligibility Requirements for Google MBA Internship Summer Program
To be considered for the Google MBA Internship Summer Program, you must:
- Be currently in their first year of their MBA program and returning to a full-time MBA program after completion of the internship with at least one semester remaining in their program.
- Have the ability to solve strategic and complex business problems.
- Have excellent project management, and organizational skills, and ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment.
- Show problem-solving skills and independent motivation.
- Show interest in the technology industry and Google’s business.

Have the ability to complete a full-time, consecutive 12-week internship between May and August or June and September 2025 (exact program dates will be provided at a later point in the process).
