What you’ll do
Customers are at the centre of Bell’s technology transformation. Embedded in the team, you will have the opportunity to support customer-centric products that impact how people and businesses connect, work and learn. Interns will work together with teams across the spectrum to deliver exceptional experiences through cost-effective project management.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities might include supporting innovation and product lifecycle projects, and more. You will bring fresh perspectives to the team and our clients through competitive benchmarking, analysis and business planning.

Requirements
You’re a first to third year student studying towards a university degree OR college/CEGEP diploma in computer science, mathematics, statistics, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or related fields.
Technical Skills (you have some of the following)
- You are familiar with project/program management principles, frameworks and tools (e.g. PMP) and can run effective meetings
- You are experienced in lean/agile methods, processes and tools (e.g. JIRA, Kanban) and have knowledge of how to drive product lifecycles
- You are tech savvy with a desire to keep up-to-date with the latest technology (including IT and cloud/GCP) and trends by monitoring competitors and market shifts
- You have experience with SQL
Leadership skills
- You are willing to challenge the status quo, experimenting to find solutions that will make a difference in the lives of Bell’s customers.
- You are goal-oriented and can focus on individual tasks while also understanding the bigger picture and how systems work together.
- You are a skilled communicator balancing urgency, empathy and integrity. You speak and write clearly and concisely, and you listen with the purpose of encouraging transparent dialogue. You further have the ability to communicate with technical and nontechnical audiences.
