What You’ll Do
- Identify issues, assess impacts of organizational changes, and plan transition activities to support major change initiatives.
- Analyze assigned topics, including CAD drawings for MHE improvements, and present key findings, issues, and recommended solutions.
- Identify and implement opportunities to reduce supply chain costs, enhance service levels, and ensure timely project delivery through continuous improvement methodologies.
- Analyze business requirements and contribute to the planning, design, and implementation of business process engineering.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to create and update deliverables, prepare project presentations, and communicate solutions to stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver change management plans for new processes, including design, communication, training, and post-implementation support
What You Bring
- Currently pursuing a post-secondary degree in Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration with a focus on Operations or Supply Chain, Information Technology Management, Data Analytics or a relevant degree program
- Familiarity with MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI is an asset.
- A foundational understanding of supply chain principles will be beneficial. This includes knowledge of logistics, inventory management, procurement, and distribution
- An interest in understanding project management methodologies and continuous improvement techniques
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with effective communication abilities
- Experience or familiarity with robotics and automation in a distribution setting
