Supports day-to-day activities by providing information and assistance to clients and internal organizations. With extensive knowledge of the job and policies/practices, performs a wide range of advanced administrative/operational assignments.

Job Description

What will you do?

– Answering basic inquiries and resolving routine problems regarding products and services via calls, email, or internet chat.

– Conducting periodic and regular surveys of clients to determine satisfaction and opportunities to advise on other products and services.

– Performing contract administration support and resolving contract related issues.

– Supporting individual teams in the region on all administrative duties

– Working with teams and leadership on adhoc projects and tasks

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Working towards a business-related university degree
  • General understanding and awareness of current global events, emerging technologies and basic economic concepts
  • Excellent writing and research skills, strong interpersonal skills and conceptual thinker
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Interest in the Canadian investment landscape.

In order to be eligible for these student positions, you must either:

  • Be returning back to school after the work term end-date; or
  • If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating immediately after the work term), you must require the full work term as a mandatory component in order to graduate successfully
