Please note: This posting is for a 4-month Fall STUDENT 2024 placement with a start date of September 2024 and end-date of December 2024. In order to be eligible for this 4-month Student position, you must either:

  • Be returning back to school after the work term end-date of December 2024; or
  • If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating in August/December 2024), but you require the work term as a mandatory component to in order to graduate successfully.

Please ensure that you meet these eligibility requirements before applying – candidates who apply but are found to be ineligible are not able to be considered.

What is the opportunity?

In this role, you will provide professional, attentive and accurate support to the Treasury and Cash Management Relationship Management teams. As first point of contact, you control activities to ensure they are prioritized to maintain Director’s focus on implementation of strategies, process and disciplines to achieve sustainable earnings and revenue growth through the sales and relationship force. Lastly, you will develop relationships with service partners to ensure client satisfaction and efficient operations of the unit.

What will you do?

  • Manage in office routines, managing shared calendar, scheduling meetings
  • Responsible for maintaining electronic files, documents and document repositories
  • Gather and prepare material required for presentations and meetings
  • Provides assistance in the preparation of various data reports , job aids, and preparation of internal communication
  • Participates in various operational projects which will contribute to the Business Performance of the Treasury and Cash Management team.
  • Responsible for assisting with the preparation and production of Request for Response (RFP) proposal documents including designing, formatting, proof-reading, printing, assembling, binding and delivery to client
