Description
Under the supervision of the Head of Regulatory Operations and in collaboration with his/her team, the Regulatory Affairs student will be responsible for clerical tasks in the department to support his/her team.
Responsibilities & tasks :
- Data manipulation in Excel and verification of information
- Filing documents
- Filing, sorting files, opening files
- Label preparation, photocopying
- Assisting employees with various clerical tasks
- Updating electronic files
Skills, knowledge & abilities :
- Attention to detail and excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Interest in filing and document management
- Ability to work within a regulated framework/compliance with established standards
- Ability to work with multiple employees
- Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously and from multiple people
- Bilingualism (French & English)
Qualifications
Education
Required
Diploma of College Studies or better.
Preferred
Bachelor or better.
Experience
Required
1 year:
Previous office work or clerical work experience
