- Logistics: Shared Services Analyst Co-op
- This position is responsible for daily operational support to enable efficient and cost-effective merchandise flow by completing analysis and coordination of reports and projects for the Logistics Operations department.
- Planning & Allocation: Planning Analyst Co-op
- This position is responsible for supporting an optimal mix at store level through analysis to maximize profitable sales.
- Finance: Finance Analyst Co-op
- The purpose of this role is to learn about and contribute to TJX Canada Finance function which includes analysis of financial data while partnering with various business areas to provide support for accounting/reporting functions including budgeting, forecasting and analyzing variances.
- Global Sourcing & Procurement: GS&P Project Coordinator Co-op
- This position is responsible for supporting market research, sourcing and contracting efforts for all non-merchandise areas of the business including coordinating all related project activities and deliverables and supporting supplier selection process.
- Product Development: Fashion Apparel and Home Product Development Specialist Co-op
- This position is responsible for coordinating and supporting assigned fashion product development to achieve fashion department and corporate objectives.
- Property Development: Real Estate (Market) Research Analyst Co-op
- This position is responsible for participating in TJX Canada’s real estate market research intelligence projects with the objective of supporting the store network growth strategy, utilizing market research tools and resources to gain insights and database management.
- Merchandise Operations: Merchandise Operations Analyst Co-op
- This position is responsible for supporting the Merchandise Operations Buying & Business Intelligence team with daily reporting requirements, creation of new/streamlined reports and analyzing output logs.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
To begin your career with us, you’ll have:
- Currently pursuing a College Diploma or University degree
- Good business analytical skills and the skill-set to understand and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to aid in effective decision-making
- Strong problem-solving skills which include the ability to strategically and efficiently resolve issues
- Demonstrates interpersonal abilities to perform triumphantly in a co-creative and team-oriented environment, where joining forces and building strong working relationships are fundamental
- Intermediate digital literacy including MS Office applications – Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook
Hourly Rate: $26.30/hr*
