Reporting to the Product Analyst, Portfolio Solutions, you will be responsible for managing and supporting Portfolio Solutions-related activities while taking on various projects. RBC GAM’s Portfolio Solutions Team is responsible for the product development, management and support of Canada’s largest fund-of-fund portfolios within the individual investor business.
Job Description
- Support product initiatives by preparing ad-hoc reports and assisting in related projects
- Monitor team mailbox, respond to inquiries and report user statistics
- Compile data for monthly reports and other regular reporting as required
- Assist with day-to-day oversight of the business and product management of the Portfolio Solutions across all distribution channels, create and circulate product related insights, competitive intelligence, market updates and additional value adding materials
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to provide ongoing insights into KPIs, trends, and business drivers
- Streamline current processes and procedures to enhance general product support and management functions
Must-have
- Knowledge of capital markets, investment product and the mutual fund industry
- Ability to interact effectively with team members and business partners
- Passion and desire to develop market knowledge and technical skills
- Advanced Excel skills, specifically data management
- Acute attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to function independently in an unstructured environment
Nice-to-have
- Advanced PowerPoint skills
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets
- Interest in responsible investment
- Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau
