JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Data Systems Engineering Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in master data governance, system integration, and database transition within a fast-paced and innovative environment. The successful candidate will work closely with our team of experts, contributing to real-world projects and expanding their skills in data management and business operations.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Learn and contribute to resolving master data-related inquiries and issues
- Support the team in addressing and resolving system-related issues
- Assist in inventory management activities related to the ongoing ERP Database transition
- Actively participate in the implementation of new systems and processes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholder groups to ensure a smooth system integration
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system integration processes
Projects:
- SAP HANA 2: Testing SAP transactions, Data Validation, and Highlighting UI changes
- SCM – SAP Custom Modules: Support with the implementation of the SAP modules and transition away from Microsoft Access
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program related to Engineering, Computer science, Information Technology, or a relevant field
- Experience in Project based experience with system integration required
- Strong background in data management, system integration, and business operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Specifically: Access and Excel)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with BI reporting tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of SQL, and experience with Python or C programming languages
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems
- Previous experience with Winshuttle Studio or similar data automation tools
