The Corporate Real Estate Group at RBC is seeking a summer student to join our team. In this role, you’ll contribute to our data-driven decision-making by creating insightful Tableau dashboards and crafting SQL queries for analyzing critical real estate data.
Job Description
What will you do?
- Work closely with the RBC Corporate Real Estate team to understand the data needs and business objectives.
- Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards to visualize performance metrics, market trends, and property portfolio insights.
- Write and execute complex SQL queries to extract and transform data from internal and external sources.
- Maintain and update existing dashboards and data pipelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Research and propose new data analysis techniques and technologies to enhance reporting capabilities.
- Assist with other data-related projects as assigned.
Must Haves:
- Interest in Real Estate Management & Financing
- Knowledge of Tableau
- Knowledge of SQL
- Communication Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
