Job Summary
As part of the summer internship, you will support the V.P. and Head of Wealth Management Canada (WMC), Branch Operating Solutions & Effectiveness. In this role, you will provide administrative support focused on operational efficiency initiatives intended to drive an exceptional Client and Advisor experience. You will work with various stakeholders including Training, Communications and Change Management teams, Business Product teams, Data Analytics teams, Back-office Operations and Compliance.
Job Description
Some of the core duties will include:
• Client Account Onboarding Data Analysis – technical and business research analysis surrounding various eSigning capabilities and legacy scanning processes; data analysis surrounding adoption of tools and straight through processing capabilities.
• Cyber Security Education – support various change management initiatives focused on educating/training investment advisors with respect to data protection best practices; source and write education content as required.
• General Project Management Skills Development – oversee and manage the coordination of ‘landline’ phone decommissioning across WMC head office groups in Toronto, tracking cost savings vs. increased costs of mobility.
• Business Continuity Management – support annual Business Continuity Planning activities and quarterly application compliance reviews.
• Other – various ad hoc initiatives as required.
