Job Location: Enjoy a hybrid model working remotely and TPG’s main office located at 703 Evans Avenue in Etobicoke, Ontario. We currently have a hybrid model with half time in the office. In addition, as our clients are across North America, interns have the opportunity to travel to clients as required.
Contract Term: This position begins May 2024 and ends August 2025 (16 months).

Requirements
What is TPG looking for?
Students who take deep personal accountability for their work, have a passion for excellence, are driven to achieve their full potential, and understand the value of building relationships with clients and team members will excel in this role. Here are the specifics of requirements:
-Available from May 2024- August 2025
-Currently pursuing an Industrial Engineering Degree and will have completed 3rd-year coursework prior to the start of the internship
-Understanding of basic quality methods, statistical problem-solving techniques, Six Sigma, and Lean analytical tools
-Exceptional data analysis skills using Microsoft Excel
-Experience with VBA, Power BI and Tableau is desired
-Experience with process mapping and Visio is desired
-Results oriented with a high capacity and desire for learning
-Disciplined time management skills
-Relevant working experience. We recommend you focus your resume to highlight part-time roles, extra-curricular, and volunteer work as opposed to class projects)
-Strong communicator with impeccable presentation skills
