POSITION: Hospitality Intern
COMPANY: Ulto Property Group Inc.
Canadian Real Estate Development Firm is currently developing two hotels/residences in Downtown Toronto, Canada and looking for a Hospitality Intern or Graduate to assist with operations and administration.
Their duties will include:
– Day-to-day Administration and Reservations
Check-out and Inspect Rooms for Damage, Stolen Items, Lost Luggage, Lost Cards
– Manage guest requests
– Reputation/Review Management
– General Phone Calls, Courtesy Calls, and Helpdesk
– Respond and Follow-up with Reservation Inquiry Phone Calls
– Organize/update Knowledgebase, SOP, P&P, Training Manual, Templates, Scripts
– Assist with and Inspect Housekeeping and Engineering departments to maintain standards
– advising and developing on Standard Operating Procedures;
– evaluating and procuring from various suppliers;
– Inventory Management and implementing inventory control for units;
– Implementing new rate structures;
– ability to lift 25lbs to 50lbs
Skills and Competencies:
– Ability to speak English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese a plus.
– Experience with hands-on work a plus
– Must be comfortable working in a start-up environment

Salary: $15.50-$20.00 per hour
