6 Month Opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth analysis of diverse data sources, including social media, internal research, and external market research, to evaluate the effectiveness of current employer branding initiatives.
• Conduct external and internal research on industry best practices and market trends to inform data-driven employer branding strategies.
• Prepare state-of-the-art reports and metrics to guide clients and internal stakeholders on their employer branding journey.
• Monitor and troubleshoot BI solutions and workflows to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
• College or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Ability to clean, analyze, interpret, and visually represent data using various business intelligence tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker (preferably Tableau).
• Experience working with databases and conducting SQL queries for data extraction and pipeline creation.
• Proficiency in coding frameworks such as Python.
• Experience with Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL / ELT) processes.
• Nice to Have: Experience interacting with APIs for consumption towards Analytics.
