In the role, you will report into the Senior Marketing Manager, and will work closely with a highly specialized team of marketers, agency partners & business partners to deliver innovative campaigns and programs. You will help with the development & execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement and other critical business results.
Job Description
What will you do?
• Help support the creation of engaging marketing campaigns, leverage your creativity & innovative thinking by contributing to the planning & delivery of enterprise-wide marketing initiatives
• Support the marketing team in the execution of various marketing campaigns, content, advisor support tasks including, but not limited to:
• Working with internal teams & agency partners to support creative process (development, review etc.)
• Ensure campaign execution timelines are met and all components are deployment ready in a timely fashion
• Review in-market components and provide point of view on improvements
• Act as a partner to and liaise with internal business partners
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline current processes
• Provide strong marketing governance, including assisting with monthly reporting cycle and related account reconciliations and standards of documentation
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
• Currently enrolled in (and returning to) a Canadian post-secondary institution with a focus in marketing, communications, psychology, sociology, or other related discipline
• Strong to work collaboratively within teams
• Excellent interpersonal & highly developed communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong project management & organizational skills & ability to multi-task
• A basic understanding of external marketing channels
• A strong desire to learn while moving projects forward
• Strong MS Office skills – Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
