We are looking for an intern who has an interest in design and content creation with the ability to create a cohesive aesthetic across a variety of platforms. Candidates need to be organized and have an eye for design.
Ko Studio is a women’s boxing brand that aims to provide better equipment options for women who box. Our company aims to empower female fighters in a male dominated sport where stylish and functional equipment is hard to come by. We cater to female fit and taste to help equal the playing field in boxing!
In addition, possible opportunities for referrals to contract work & part time positions may be available! Past interns have been referred to full time agency positions & freelance clients.
This Should Describe You:
• Currently studying communication design or illustration
• An eye for design: strong sense of typography, composition mood
• Passionate and excited about design
• On trend with pop culture & memes
• High standard of attention to detail and organization in all aspects of work
• Effective time management and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while consistently delivering high-quality work
Responsibilities:
• Design engaging digital content. This includes social media posts, email campaigns, banners & possibly sticker/packaging design.
• Collaborate with the rest of the team & contribute to creative decisions
• Help establish and maintain a cohesive brand aesthetic across social media platforms
Requirements:
Softwares: Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
• Availability for approximately 6-12 hrs a week
• This is a remote internship, must have a working laptop with the capability to video chat
Interns will receive a monthly stipend.
