About This Opportunity
The Global Inventory Reporting and Optimization team is hiring one candidate to support internal functions from May 2024 to August 2025. Duties will include a combination of cross-functional collaboration, data gathering and reporting, as well as providing support with a variety of ad-hoc projects at the request of senior leadership.
Preferred Skills
• High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
• Effective communicator with the ability to present ideas in a logical and concise manner
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• A self-motivated individual willing to take initiative to meet hard deadlines
• A high degree of organization with strong attention to detail
• Strong aptitude to analyze issues to determine trends
• An interest in meeting facilitation and change management
• Knowledge of Power BI is considered an asset
Activities
• Interact periodically with senior leaders, including the Vice President of Global Supply Chain and SCM Directors
• Engage with functional global management teams to drive supplier flexibility metrics through program adoption
• Providing support with a variety of ad-hoc projects at the request of senior leadership
• Support project plan for company-wide initiatives
• Responsible for driving the completion of status updates and governance of the project
• Lead meetings
• Run reports from the large data set
Physical Demands, duties of this position are varied and will include:
• Duties of this position are performed in a normal office with exposure to manufacturing environments.
• Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
• Repetitive manual movements are frequently required (e.g. data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc).
