The Kraft Heinz Undergraduate Internship Program The Kraft Heinz Internship Program is designed to grow the future leaders of the company – the game-changers- the innovators- the cultural champions. The program is for individuals who are ready to deliver creative solutions on our journey to become the indispensable food company in North America. Throughout the ten weeks in the program- Interns will hone their understanding of our business and industry- develop their ability to collaborate across the business to make an impact- and learn critical skills to start their career at Kraft Heinz.

 

What’s On The Menu For the Internship Program The Kraft Heinz Undergraduate Internship Program is a ten-week experience during which interns will own business projects- develop and practice key leadership skills- and support critical work rooted in our Company’s growth plan. The ten-week program includes: One week of immersive onboarding to learn about our business and prepare important skills for a successful summer project Eight weeks dedicated to a meaningful business project to explore new opportunities and unlock creative solutions One week of intern presentations- celebrations with leadership- and closing reflection Weekly sessions to deep dive into our values- grow as leaders- and develop impactful skills for early career success. A group business challenge to research insights and uncover opportunities for our business.

 

Throughout the ten weeks- Interns can also expect regular opportunities to meet with our CEO- North America President- Chief People Officer- and other senior executives; mentorship from previous interns- trainees- and business leadership; and events to network together as an intern cohort. What Interns Work On From exploring emerging opportunities to appeal to Gen Z audiences- to digitally revolutionizing our ability to track our supply chain in real time- to developing new packaging in support of our Environmental- Social and Governance goals- Interns work on critical projects to propel our business forward. Projects are assigned based on an Intern’s experience and career aspirations- the business’s strategic priorities- and the best opportunities to be mentored by our strongest leaders.

 

Upon application- Interns will indicate interest in exploring one of the following areas for their summer internship: Commercial (Marketing- Sales- Strategy) Operations (Procurement- Logistics- Supply Chain) Finance Research & Development Human Resources A Day in the Life of an Intern While no two days are the same in the Intern program- a day may include: An Intern cohort meet-up with our CEO to share updates on projects- discuss outlook for our business- and ask questions about growing your career at Kraft Heinz A touchpoint with your Intern program buddy – aka a previous Intern and/or Trainee Program graduate – to get advice on how to work through a challenge you have come across in your intern project. Your team’s weekly huddle – as a fully integrated member of the team- you will be included in routines and check-ins about the work happening across team Time to dig into data and insights to support your recommended solution for your intern project Joining a professional development session led by one of our six business resource groups Practicing your presentation that you’ll be delivering to business leaders at the end of your project with your findings and recommendations We Are Looking For… Creative problem solvers Ambitious and humble leaders A drive to make an impact Simplifiers Resilience in changing environments Champions of our culture and our values Those who seek to be the future leaders of the Company Our Values Our Interns are expected to live out the Kraft Heinz values as cultural champions and future leaders at the organization.
