As a Talent Acquisition Intern at our venture studio, you will gain hands-on experience in founder scouting, sourcing and engagement. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn about talent acquisition strategies and practices within a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sourcing and Screening:
• Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media and networking events.
• Conduct initial screenings of candidates, reviewing resumes and conducting phone interviews to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles.
• Job Postings and Marketing:
• Assist in creating compelling job descriptions and posting them on relevant job boards and our company website.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to effectively market job openings and enhance the employer brand to attract top talent.
• Assist in creating and posting social media content as a part of recruitment marketing
• Candidate Experience:
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining regular communication, providing timely feedback, and addressing candidate inquiries.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process for candidates and interviewers.
• Recruitment Process Coordination:
• Support the founder scouting team in coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process, from application review to offer management.
• Assist in maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS) and organizing candidate profiles and records.
• Talent Pipeline Management:
• Help build and maintain a talent pipeline by keeping in touch with potential candidates and building relationships for future opportunities.
• Assist in identifying innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to analyze trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Provide recommendations based on market insights to improve recruitment strategies and processes.Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
• Knowledge of recruitment platforms and tools such as LinkedIn and other job boards

Requirements
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
