We are a full-service marketing agency focused on designing websites, developing brand identities, and managing marketing campaigns for athletes, fitness professionals, and health and wellness businesses on the rise.
We are currently rebranding to: Wild Media Marketing Agency, and would love our new intern to be part of the upcoming launch.
The role of photography/videography intern is primarily needed to help with one of our major clients; the Burlington Eagles Hockey Organization. We have been managing their social media campaigns for nearly 2 years, and this year we have strong vision for 2 of their older, elite teams. Our intern would essentially become “The Media Person” for these two teams, and create some killer content for their socials, with the goal being to make these athletes look like NHL stars online.
The role would include:
– attending home games in order to capture video and photo content
– capture still images, video content, and vertical video for Reels and TikTok
– some creativity and editing skills
– some experience and passion for social media
– attending several practices in order to capture training content
– spending time around the team and coaches, in order to highlight specific athletes and capture warm-ups, and appropriate locker room content
Some knowledge and passion for hockey would be an asset. You must have your own camera and transporation to get to the rink.
Its also important that you have drive, and can work on your own! Once we introduce you to the team and get you set up – you will become the Media Person essentially in charge of getting some killer content for these elite teams!
We are hoping to find a great fit that can grow with the role into a more permanant position in our Agency. We would love to have the right person start this Thursday, as the U18 team has a home game in Burlington!
