(Internal Role: Business System Configuration / Development I)
• Collaborate with the Integration and Data Migration Manger in various data management tasks, including data transformation, and overseeing the Power Bi Datamart and Data Flow.
• Work closely with the team to contribute to cross-functional projects and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Maintain data catalog, business glossaries, and data dictionaries to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established standards.
• Take meeting notes for all data related meeting, maintain proper documentation and follow up with different team
• Assist in maintenance of data engineering metrics dashboards and data mobilization dashboards, ensuring effective monitoring of data performance and quality.
• Assist in data discovery and classification, locating data from various systems and ensuring comprehensive coverage.
• Work closely with the team to understand data requirements and support our business needs.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes and framework.
• Deal with all support issues related to data hub access and connectivity issues.
• Assist in managing the automatic data source refresh of the data sources and work closely with clients whenever they need immediate refresh.
• Monitor data flow and keep an eye for data accuracy and run data validation tasks.
• Update Jira and follow up internally to make sure all tasks/issues/Epic are updated accordingly.
• Document and develop training materials in regards of data products, including guidelines, manuals and How-To-video.
Qualifications Required
• Currently enrolled as a 2nd-year undergraduate or higher, pursuing studies in computer science, engineering, business or a related field.
• Availability for a minimum of 8 months, with a preference for 12 months, to fully engage in meaningful data management projects and enhance skill development.
• Familiarity Power Bi platforms, showcasing the ability to manipulate and visualize data effectively.
• Familiarity with Power Automate is a plus, providing an added advantage for streamlining data workflows.
• Familiarity with Jira is a plus or any other tasks management software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a passion for maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and seamless coordination with team members.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn about data management and data engineering/science practices.
• Strong academic performance with at least one A grade in previous internships.
• Puts team success above own interests.
• Basic Knowledge in MS Visio or other diagramming tools is a plus
