Our Sales Organization is looking for talented interns to work across a variety of functions supporting TikTok’s monetization efforts. We work with brands of all sizes empowering them to connect with their audiences by helping them create TikToks, not ads. We are a dynamic and high-growth team that uses a consultative sales approach to help our clients think differently about their marketing strategies. This is your opportunity to join us and gain exposure & experience across a wide array of responsibilities – from how we prospect & partner with businesses of all sizes, to campaign ideation & creation, as well as ad insights & analysis – all at the forefront of the digital marketing landscape.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2024. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Turn your ambitions into reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok.

Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. This Internship Program runs for 12 weeks beginning in May/June 2024. Successful candidates must be able to commit to one of the following summer internship cycles below:
1.May 20, 2024 to August 9, 2024
2.May 27, 2024 to August 16, 2024
3.June 10, 2024 to August 30, 2024
We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit to these start dates. Please state your availability clearly in your resume (Start date, End date).

Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to TikTok and its affiliates’ jobs globally. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis – we encourage you to apply early.

Responsibilities
– Contribute to RFP responses, campaign ideation, and campaign execution with sales & account leads
– Prospect, pitch & qualify new business
– Monitor ad campaign execution and performance, generate insights for content trends, ensure brand safety for ad campaigns
– Conduct ad-hoc analyses on ad campaigns and campaign reporting to identify potential operational inefficiencies and/or test new workflows, best practices
– Compile post-campaign recap reports, deliver campaign insights and learnings, share with the client as well as the wider sales & cross-functional teams
– Assist with ad account creation, tagging, and operations

Qualifications

– Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Communications, and any related Business Majors,
– Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2024.
– Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
– Strong critical thinker who uses data & logic to identify alternatives, evaluate, and present approaches to solve complex problems
– Excellent communicator with a positive, self-starter attitude
– Enjoys coming up with solutions to increase efficiency in their day to day work
– Motivated to make a big impact on the sales organization and the wider business
– Strong academic achievement and past corporate experience is a plus
– Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of and passion for digital marketing and TikTok
– Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive information with honesty and integrity
