Public Relations & Communications intern – Toronto Job Description
We are seeking a Public Relations Intern, who is full of creative ideas and eager to contribute on a large scale. The intern will gain visibility into the inner workings and aspects of the public relations field, provide concrete deliverables and learn from top to bottom. Based in Toronto, you will work under the Americas PR organization and closely with the PR manager for Canada and Mexico.
Main responsibilities are:
• Fully supporting Intel’s PR strategy in Canada and executing it in different phases within the Americas PR organization and working directly with the PR manager of Mexico and Canada.
• Creating and curating engaging content.
• Communicating and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the PR agency.

Qualifications
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Relevant experience can be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships, military training, and/or work experience.
Minimum qualifications
• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or business related field.
• Possess strong analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
• Need to work for 5 days per week at least.
