Position Objective:
Porsche Cars Canada Internship opportunities are designed to promote both career development and functional expertise for the intern, as well as, to complete project-related and day-to-day support for the department.
Porsche Cars Canada is seeking a Retail Business Development Intern for a 6-12 month tenure. This role primarily assists the Porsche Business Excellence Manager (Dealer Consultant) with analyzing Porsche Centre performance, developing and updating key performance indicator’s (KPIs), and creating presentations and reports utilized during regular Dealer consulting visits. This individual will be responsible for generating monthly financial reports for Management and Regionals. This role will also maintain our Dealer Directory, Dealer Action Plans, and sustainment of compliance initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities:
• KPI updates and management
• Financial data gathering and analysis
• Monthly report generation
• Dealer Action Plan consolidation and reporting
• Conference and training event support
• Ad-hoc projects
• Dealership support and communication
• Market studies
• General administrative duties (including PO processing)
QualificationsQualifications
Education:
• Recent graduate of an accredited College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree program in Business Administration, Commerce or Marketing
• Previous internships in corporate environments preferred
• Experience or knowledge in automotive would be ideal
• Languages (French) is an asset but not a requirement
