This is a 8-12 month internship opportunity. All applicants must be currently enrolled or returning to school to completed a related engineering program.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate on improving the processes that manage the quality of core inventory and production components.
• Work alongside the Reman team to apply lean manufacturing principles, making the engine testing area more efficient.
• Help review and improve the layouts of the disassembly areas to accommodate new tools and equipment comfortably.
• Revise and enhance documentation related to ISO 9001:2015 certification for compliance and continuous improvement.
• Support the team by keeping track of the bill of materials needed for production and suggest improvements.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, catering to both new and existing team members to promote consistent performance and adherence to best practices.
Competencies
• Mechanical engineering student or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Highly adaptable and versatile.

• Demonstrates proficiency in both independent work and teamwork.
