You must be detailed oriented with strong communication skills as you will be responsible for assisting the Accounting Manager with the preparation of month end activities and monthly reconciliations. This position will assist in the daily processing of invoices in the Flow system and assistance with receivables from dealers/subsidiaries for Accounts Receivable.
Additionally, you will be helping with the preparation of documentations and reconciliations required by both internal and external auditors as needed. From time to time, you will also assist with the preparation of the Accounting /Reporting of the Company’s financial statements. Lastly, this position will assist will also assist the Tax department on various tasks and Ad-hoc requests.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Assist with the preparation of monthly Accounting reconciliations.
• Work with A/R and A/P to validate xFlow Invoices and reconciling receivables from subsidiaries and dealers
• Assist with documentation for Internal Controls
• Assist in monthly and quarterly government surveys requiring financial analysis
• Assist in preparation of financial documents for internal and external auditors as needed
• Perform ad hoc business cases and financial analysis on projects within the Accounting Department
Qualifications
• University Degree with focus on Finance/Accounting;
• Attention to detail with strong analytical skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with superior communication skills
• 1-year experience with Accounting Department or Accounting responsibilities preferred
