Position Overview

As a Business Development Intern, you will play a crucial role in shaping and achieving our mission of modernizing radiology services. This internship position offers a unique chance to work alongside experienced professionals, gain hands-on experience in a dynamic startup environment, where you will encounter various challenges and tackle numerous unknowns along the way, and make a significant impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities
• Market Research and Data Analysis: Collaborate with the management team to gather and analyze data related to market research, customer behaviour, and industry trends. Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
• Customer Discovery: Assist in conducting customer discovery activities to gain a deep understanding of the needs, pain points, and preferences of potential customers. Collect feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Lead Generation and prospect engagement: Conduct research to identify and qualify potential customers, create target lists, initiate and nurture prospect relationships through various channels, and conduct introductory qualification calls to assess their needs and fit with our product offerings.
• Documentation and Reporting: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation related to business analysis, market research, and project updates. Ensure accuracy and clarity of information to facilitate effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
• Continuously explore new tools (including writing basic software programs) to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales and marketing processes
• Master our CRM stack including Notion, Brevo, etc.

Qualifications
• Current or recently graduated student with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science with a minor in Business, or related field
• Superb communicator with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
• The energy you bring to teams is infectious while you see challenges as opportunities for personal, professional, and team growth
• Your bias toward action has kept teams moving forward as has your ability to “GSD” without sacrificing quality
• Confident in using technology and speaking on the phone and video call meetings
• B2B sales experience is an asset
• Familiar with coding languages such as Python, with the ability to analyze and visualize data
