Job Requirements:
Education:
•College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) unrestricted license that allows the physician to fulfill the requirements of this position
•Fellowship in Obstetrics and Gynecology recognized by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC)
Patient Safety:
•Participates in and complies with hospital safety and infection control programs
•Reports unsafe conditions
•Assists in the reporting and investigation of incidents
•Reviews related policies and procedures on an ongoing basis
•Responds accordingly to codes
•Participates in quality activities, as required
•Promotes patient safety and staff safety in the work place
