The Sales Analyst Intern will support the National Food Service Team through the development, maintenance and presentation of comprehensive reporting primarily using excel based tools. This role is critical to understanding detailed account performance trends, by taking raw data and converting into Saputo metrics. In addition, the Sales Analyst Intern will contribute to topline sales growth through identifying and presenting back distribution gaps, within compliance enforced customers. This role is a balance between strong excel and analytical skill set, with the ability to present back findings in a format that is tailored to Saputo’s reporting lens.
The Internship Program will begin on May 12th and end August 15th, 2025.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER…
- Establish a centralized pricing document by compiling information from individual customer pricing files
- Perform monthly volume reconciliations using customer reports, converting into Saputo metrics and presenting back findings to the National Account Managers
- Using customer reporting at the outlet level, to identify sku distribution gaps, which can be converted into conversion opportunities to drive contract compliance
YOU ARE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU…
- Are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Commerce, Sales, Marketing or a related field (Third or fourth year undergrad or first year Master students);
- Are active in extracurricular activities on campus or in the community;
- Detail-oriented, multitasker;
- Master Office suite programs and applications, especially Microsoft Word & Excel;
- Ability to work independently and in a team to meet schedules/deadlines and identify, diagnose, solve problems;
- Capable of filtering and cleaning data in order to present key findings to different stakeholders;
- Studying for multiple Microsoft Power Platform certifications;
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and autonomy;
- Have strong time management skills: you will manage priorities and multiple projects at a time all while ensuring to meet deadlines.
