The Supply Chain Development Program is designed for graduates who are passionate about the intricacies of supply chain management, operations , and strategic problem solving. This 8-month program offers an exceptional opportunity to immerse yourself in our dynamic logistics environment and develop the critical thinking and analytical skills essential for success. You will partner with our commercial logistics leaders who excel in forecasting, production planning, and effective delivery strategies to ensure products reach store shelves in optimal condition. This program is your gateway to a rewarding career in holistic supply chain operations.

The Supply Chain Development Program will begin in September 2025.

What we offer?

This rotational program spans 8 months and provides hands-on, comprehensive experience in various operational areas of the supply chain. The exact locations of each rotation will be determined closer to the start date.

The PDCA provides a hands-on, comprehensive experience designed to immerse you in various aspects of our operations. The program begins with an onboarding phase that includes information about our culture, brands, and an introduction to the basics of a supply chain. You will delve deeper into supply chain management and logistics, focusing on safety protocols, brewing fundamentals, packaging, and assigned projects.

You will participate in an immersive mentorship at one of three major breweries, followed by our warehouse rotation. At each facility, you will learn operational processes and work on site-specific, warehouse and transportation-focused projects to gain hands-on experience.

The first positions typically obtained after completing the rotational program include: Logistics Group Manager, Logistics Analyst/Specialist.

Qualifications of the candidate :​

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, science or a related field.

• Eligible to work in Canada.

• Bilingualism is an asset.

• Be of legal drinking age (18 and over in AB, MN & QC and 19 and over everywhere else).

• Geographic and functional mobility – willing to relocate to discover different functions and facilities elsewhere in Canada.

• Have graduated within the last 2 years: 2023, 2024 or expected graduation by September 2025.
