Job Description

What will you do?

  • Assist with project management, such as with planning, implementing, and monitoring strategic initiatives to ensure timely and successful completion.
  • Conduct research and analyze data to support strategic decision-making and provide insights for ongoing and future initiatives.
  • Contribute to design thinking/inception process
  • Develop strategic materials (executive decks, brochures, manuals, videos, workflows, etc.)
  • Support change management for various projects.
  • Support internal communications, including reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Help with coordination, e.g. facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items to ensure alignment and progress across teams.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling of meetings etc.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Working towards a Bachelor or Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or other related field
  • Background in Business; Strategic Decision Making; Marketing, Strategic initiatives; Large group presentations, Process Development, Project Management.

Nice-to-have

  • Strong personal skills and the ability to work effectively independently and within a team environment
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptability, Proactive approach, results and detail oriented
  • Proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Products
  • Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet time-sensitive deadlines

Please note:

In order to be eligible for these student positions, you must either:

  • Be returning back to school after the work term end-date; or
  • If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating immediately after the work term), you must require the full work term as a mandatory component in order to graduate successfully
