About this opportunity:
As a full stack developer intern, you will join the development team of Ericsson’s Product Lifecycle Management System for Software (PLMS). The PLMS program radically rethinks and improves product data management for hardware-agnostic, cloud-native microservices-based products! The goal is to provide the best possible support for our software business, ensuring the integrity and traceability of software product data and exposing this data for use across the company!
As an intern, you will also have the opportunity to learn some of the above technologies in your daily work environment.
What you will do:
• Develop and test high-quality microservices following a cloud-native architecture.
• Participate in the continuous integration of our products.
• Troubleshoot issues assigned to your team.
• Be an active participant in all activities of an Agile team: daily scrum, sprint planning, demos, feature polishing and retrospectives.
The skills you bring:
• Enrolled in a Canadian university – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Programming experience in Java, Angular and Python.
• Knowledge of integration technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, REST, Helm, Jenkins, Spinnaker, JSON, GitLab.
• Knowledge of Git, Artifactory, Maven, Gradle, Databases (e.g. Neo4J graph database).
• Fluent written and verbal English skills.
