Job Summary
As an Agile Delivery Coordinator in the RBC Insurance Agile Delivery, Digital Optimization, and Risk team, you will collaborate with the Lead Agile Coach and Director of Agile Transformation to support in coaching squads working in an Agile environment to deliver on RBC Insurance’s Realize 2026 strategic priorities.
In addition, you will work closely with the Lead Agile Delivery Coach to ensure alignment within the Agile Operating Model and Digital Risk Model. You will have the opportunity to support new ways of working, facilitating adoption by working closely with coaches and squad members. You will also work with key partners to support the project management delivery team in establishing the product chapter within RBC Insurance.
Job Description
What will you do?
- Support squads executing on strategic initiatives, including but not limited to, supporting the introduction of new ways of working centered on the Agile Manifesto and Principles
- Work with Lead Coach in ensuring teams deliver highest value through delivering work in an incremental manner and working with an agile mindset
- Assist in creating Objective and Key Results trainings and working sessions for leaders and squads within Digital and Data, and RBC Insurance as a whole
- Helping in creating and developing trainings with the Agile delivery team for squads, business leaders, partners, and stake holders within RBCI and Digital and Data
- Provide support on roadmap creation and strategic initiatives in order to push forward RBCI’s vision, Realize 2026 in order to simplify insurance for everyone
- Lead continuous development and identify new and improved ideas for training and support, communicating with key members of different teams within RBC Insurance
- Creation of required training materials for coaching and training sessions

Must Have

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation and presentation skills
- Strong conceptual/strategic thinking skills
- Able to work in a fast paced and ambiguous environment
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Powerpoint), Jira, Confluence, Mural applications
Nice to Have
- Knowledge on Agile Ways of Working – SCRUM and Kanban
- CSM and CSPO
- Jira and Confluence – JQLs, Configurations
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Mural, Confluence, Jira

- Be returning back to school after the work term end-date; or
- If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating immediately after the work term), you must require the full work term as a mandatory component in order to graduate successfully
