We are seeking a successful candidate to collaborate with seasoned professionals within International Wealth Management. Your primary responsibility will be to provide valuable insights that drive business success while prioritizing our clients’ needs. This role offers frequent exposure and visibility to the Wealth Management leadership team, both locally and internationally, as well as other various business partners within Finance, Analytics, Risk, Product, etc.

 

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will…

 

  • Support the creation of different use cases and collaborate with the corporate analytics team on providing analytical solutions.
  • Create Power BI dashboards and establish a maintenance plan to monitor strategic metrics across various Wealth Management business lines
  • Provide input, support, and communication for the development of ad-hoc analyses, KPI measures, and dashboards.

The preferred candidate would demonstrate accountability, commitment, and self-initiative. Demonstrate a strong interest in the financial markets, macroeconomics, and Wealth Management business. A “can do” attitude in addition to the ability to work in a cross–functional team with a results and customer focus.

The position would be a rewarding introduction to a broad banking view from the head office perspective in which project management, execution and delivery would be required, therefore the following knowledge / skills would be needed:

 

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Proficient with statistical analysis and data mining tools/languages such as SAS, R or Python, VBA.
  • Ability to access complex data sources, manipulate data and execute code/queries to provide high quality analysis (SQL and basic ETL concepts a bonus)
  • Familiarity with BI tools and data visualization tools such as Power BI
  • Relationship building;
  • Presentation execution;
  • Business acumen with moderate to medium banking industry familiarity;
  • Research and analysis;
  • Fluency in Spanish is an asset but is not required

 

Additional requirements

Post-Secondary Degree (MBA or Master in Finance/Economics/Analytics)
