Global Transaction Banking offers comprehensive business banking solutions on a global basis to small business, commercial and corporate clients of the Bank. This role will be supporting the Customer & Employee Experience and Project Management Office (PMO) teams.

  • The Employee Experience team provides support, resources, and opportunities for employees to enable them to do their jobs effectively. We focus on ensuring our employees feel valued and empowered, are motivated to deliver results, and are committed to their work and their team.
  • The PMO team manages and governs projects according to the policy, framework and standards defined by Enterprise Project Management Office to ensure they are standardized. We direct the development, approval, and execution of initiatives to support GBP’s and the Bank’s strategic plans and objectives.
  • The Customer Experience team identifies customer pain points and proposes solutions to address them and improve the customer experience. We influence the digital roadmap to ensure the voice of the customer is a key component when prioritizing solutions.

You will support with employee engagement events and campaigns, customer experience insights reporting and journey mapping, and the development and implementation of strategic projects and change management efforts within Global Transaction Banking.

Do you have the skills and requirements that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if:

  • You are currently enrolled in post-secondary education.
  • You love to learn and envision yourself working for an international organization that heavily invests in your future.
  • You enjoy being involved in extracurricular activities such as conferences, clubs, competitions, and/or hackathons.
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
  • You have excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have great attention to detail, and are proactive and responsive to short deadlines.
  • You have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a business team.
  • You have strong time management skills, along with well-developed analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • You have experience working in a task and goal-oriented team environment.
  • You have a demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new situations and a keen desire to learn new concepts.

If you have experience in project leading/management or experience with Agile methodology this would be considered an asset.
