Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
- Evaluate metrics / KPIs and support the development of customer insights models for contact centre analytics
- Apply analytics tooling, scripts, and methodologies to find actionable insights, and provide strategic recommendations
- Produce and analyze data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with peers to build a culture of curiosity
- Build and present strong data-driven business cases to drive process improvement.
- Leverage Python, and analytics software such as Pandas, Matplotib, etc. to develop analytical models that support strategic initiatives and improve business processes.
- Create reporting through Excel or PowerPoint.
Do you have the skills and requirements that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if:
- You are currently enrolled in post-secondary education and are enrolled in a STEAM-based (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts (Economics/Finance), Mathematics) program
- You love to learn and envision yourself working for an international organization that heavily invests in your future.
- You enjoy being involved in extracurricular activities such as conferences, clubs, and competitions
- You have some past customer service, retail service, contact center, or direct client experience
- You have a passion for business intelligence, analytics, and data science
- You have strong knowledge of analytical tools and languages such as Python, Pandas, Matplotib, Power Bi, etc.
- You have a high level of competency with MS Office suite, especially Excel (Ex: Pivot Tables, Formula, Graphing, etc).
- You are able to clearly identify and articulate key insights and recommendations.
- You can work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
- Nice to have: French or Spanish speaking, but not required.
