The Operations Process Strategy group is hiring a Business Analyst within our Retail Credit Team.
Job Description
What will you do?
- Collaborate on and support process optimization and transformation initiatives
- Support the design and development of process strategy artifacts and tools (including process documentation, job aids, etc)
- Apply strong data and analytics skills to drive the collection and analysis of financial, operational, client satisfaction and economic data.
- Create and present analysis and findings to stakeholders
- Support product acquisition and retention initiatives
