Reckitt is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our dynamic business. As an Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience while working on some of the world’s leading health, hygiene, and nutrition brands.

The Internship Opportunities are as follows:
- Business Analytics Intern: As a Business Analytics Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in digital marketing, analysis, including customer database management, digital media and search analysis.
- Supply Intern: As a Supply Chain Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of supply chain management within a global consumer goods company. This internship provides valuable insights into the complexities of supply chain operations.
- Human Resources Intern: As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in HR functions contributing to the success of our organization.
- Marketing Intern (Mississauga):
- Brand Marketing – Setting the brand strategy based on consumer understanding and partnering with channel teams to deliver excellence in execution for equity, activation, new product development and innovation.
- Media Marketing Intern – and optimize advertising and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Media and Trade Marketing teams
- Marketing Intern (Kanata):
- Brand Marketing – Setting the brand strategy based on consumer understanding and partnering with channel teams to deliver excellence in execution for equity, activation, new product development and innovation.
- Digital Marketing – Creation of our integrated digital strategy contributing to the development of the fast-paced ecommerce business through digital innovation.
- Medical Marketing – Executing medical marketing strategies to target Healthcare Professionals and change their behavior towards healthcare solutions.
- Regulatory Affairs Intern: As a Regulatory Affairs Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in regulatory compliance, product registration, and quality control.
- Sales Intern: As a Sales Intern, you will gain valuable experience in sales strategies, customer relationship management, and business development.
We are looking for candidates that are:
- You are located in Canada and self-identify as an Aboriginal Peoples of Canada/Indigenous (First Nations, Status Indian, Non-Status Indian, Inuit or Métis).
- You’re graduating in 2025 or 2026 with an Undergraduate or Masters degree in a business, commerce or a related discipline.
- Can start in May of 2024 in Person at our Mississauga or Kanata office.
- You’re entrepreneurial. You have the desire to drive the business as your own.
- You’re a team player. You have demonstrated experience working in a cross-functional environment.
- You have undeniable drive, enthusiasm, and energy. You’re proactive and take advantage of opportunities without being asked while always seeking opportunities for self-improvement.
- You’re data driven. You have proven analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation.
- You’re adaptable. You thrive in fast-paced and ever-changing environments.
- You’re tech savvy. We use several programs and we’re always looking at the next innovative technology.
