Our mission is to nurture and develop the next generation of diverse, talented professionals by providing them with hands-on experience and a supportive, inclusive learning environment. Our program is designed to equip interns with the skills, knowledge, and resources they need to excel in their chosen fields and make a meaningful impact on the industries they serve.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for the Pathfinder Internship Program, applicants must be enrolled in a Canadian institution with a job placement requirement as part of their program.
THE APPLICATION PROCESS INVOLVES THE NEXT STEPS
• Complete the online application form.
• Submit your resume and cover letter.
• Optionally, prepare a portfolio or relevant work samples for your last interview.
• Participate in the interview process (1-2 rounds).
PROGRAM STRUCTURE AND DURATION
The Pathfinder Internship Program spans three-four months (unpaid) and includes the following components:
• Orientation and onboarding
• Assignment to specific departments based on interests and skills
• Mentorship from experienced professionals
• Workshops and training sessions on various topics
• Mid-program evaluations and feedback
• Final evaluation and recommendations with references based on performance
• Networking opportunities and potential job placement assistance
Based on performance, interns may have the opportunity for full-time employment after the program.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
• Pathfinder Internship Program is unpaid with the potential to receive paid internship and/or paid role after.
