The AVP, Global Retail Head of CRM and Selling tools will be responsible for partnering with each of the global retail regions (Canada, US, and Asia) to create, deliver and maintain the strategy around the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) and Selling tool stack.
The key to this role is to take best practices in each region as it relates to these competencies and create more consistency across Global retail to enable a global leverage and a global view which is not easily available today.
Evaluate regional Salesforce designs, ease of use and integrations to develop a Global Retail strategic plan for Salesforce and executable roadmap for delivery.
Work closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment on vision, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce.
Stay updated on the latest Salesforce releases, features, and functionalities, using them to capitalize on new advancements and improve critical initiatives.
Lead and provide direction to a team of talented Salesforce product owners and analysts responsible for design, delivery, project management, testing, adoption, and implementation of Salesforce enhancements.
Be a strategic and innovative problem solver with the ability to see the big picture and connect the dots between business needs and Salesforce’s capabilities.
Partner with Director, Business Intelligence to develop strategy for insight delivery (ie Sales reports, CRMA dashboards, PowerBI, etc.) and define project plan for delivery and dependencies.
Partner with sales, marketing, analytics, and technology teams to effectively implement process improvements and maximize the utilization of the CRM platform capabilities to increase productivity.
Takes an iterative and scientific approach to arrive at exceptional outcomes. understands and is comfortable with the messiness of working with real-world data. constantly strives to understand and improve data structure and quality in collaboration with partner teams.
Manages the selling tools and how those integrate with Salesforce as the main hub that sales people work of.
8+ years of experience in IT, Sales Operations, Salesforce Enablement, Analytics, or related field with a minimum of 5 years working with the Salesforce ecosyste m.
~5+ years of experience leading and managing teams (both directly and through fluence) with a consistent track record of team building and leadership in a cross-functional role.
~ Outstanding communication and demonstrated interest in influencing key stakeholders, collaborating cross-functionally, and translating technical terms into broadly understood business terms.
~ Strong technical acumen, with an ability to understand how data, technology and common capabilities can enable your strategy and vision.
~ Proven track record of setting product strategy for a large project and translating it into a roadmap with excellent end to end execution.
Able to balance short term high value wins while continuing to drive longer term strategic initiatives.

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
