Position Overview:As a Human Resources Intern at Biryaniwalla Downtown, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR operations. This internship is designed to provide you with valuable exposure to HR processes and help you develop essential skills for a career in human resources. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews. Onboarding: Help facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and training coordination. Employee Relations: Support HR in addressing employee inquiries, maintaining personnel files, and ensuring compliance with company policies. HR Documentation: Assist in maintaining accurate HR records and databases, including employee records and performance evaluations. Benefits Administration: Provide support with benefits enrollment, inquiries, and related administrative tasks. Training and Development: Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and development programs for employees. HR Projects: Participate in special HR projects as assigned, gaining experience in areas such as policy development, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications: – Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. – Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. – Attention to detail and a high level of organization. – Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. – Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. – Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
