Broadridge is currently seeking for a Quality Assurance Analyst Intern, who will assist the Quality Assurance (QA) team by testing Broadridge RPM applications and software to ensure proper functionality and efficiency while adhering to defined project timelines. Using a variety of tools, testing applications and reports, the QA Analyst Intern will work to continuously improve software products and applications.

Summer Internship: May 2024 – August 2024

Key Job Functions/Responsibilities
• Write test cases and test strategies for projects
• Test projects, defects, data scripts, and patches
• Ensure all testing is completed and that the software functions with the highest standard of quality possible
• Liaise with clients for joint testing of projects and connectivity with external systems
• Attend team meetings, quality assurance walk-throughs and client walk-throughs
• Work closely with Business Analyst and Development departments during project and defect testing
• Verify issues submitted by other parties
• Assist Automated Testing to set up AT areas with new test cases

Basic Skill Level Requirements

Education
• Currently enrolled in 2nd or 3rd year Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related University Degree or College Diploma program

Experience
• Solid understanding and experience with the wealth management industry (preferably in banking, funds, or transfer agencies)
• Previous experience in an office, fast pace environment

Skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• A proactive, “service-first” attitude combined with superior interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently on projects, with tight deadlines, under minimal supervision
• Fully bilingual (French / English verbal and written) is an asset
