This role is a mix of HR Generalist and administrative support. If you are eager, willing to learn and creative, your opportunity to assist with interesting HR projects will be endless.

Activities:

• Supporting Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) at various levels

• Collaborating with all functions of the organizations

• Running periodical reports to send out to HRBPs

• Supporting D&I initiatives and activities

• Providing continuous improvement to existing processes and procedures

• Organizing and preparing training sessions that support further employee learning and development

• Participating in end to end recruitment process (ie. screening, interviewing, hiring, background checks, onboarding)

• Event planning coordination (recruitment career fairs, grad programs, intern orientation, intern social events, Spirit Week activities)

 

Physical Demands

• Duties of this position are performed in a normal office with exposure to manufacturing environments.

• Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data

• Repetitive manual movements are frequently required (e.g. data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc).

• Basic manufacturing system knowledge.
