Your primary responsibility will be to provide operational assistance to the Tech Delivery team. This entails maintaining weekly and monthly reports as well as updating portfolio decks. You will be in charge of creating and sharing reports to various stakeholders capturing various KPIs on a department level. You will need to consolidate the information of various metrics gathered from various stakeholders to assess and report the metrics. You will also be assisting the Technology Delivery team in the fulfillment of cross-departmental resourcing requests by coordinating up with internal teams. Further tasks include improvising any existing processes for data consolidation and the presentation of weekly and monthly internal reports.

Working under the supervision of senior team members, you will be responsible for:
• Helping with the distribution of weekly and monthly reports documenting various indicators tracked across the department
• Helping in the identification and improvement of current process procedures to promote the seamless flow of deliverables
• When needed, doing general administrative activities such as data input, database updates, sophisticated excel spreadsheet maintenance, dealing with internal stakeholders, and so on
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to accomplish cross-departmental resourcing needs in collaboration with the Tech Delivery team
• Other responsibilities as necessary or assigned

Must have skills:
• Intermediate – Advanced with MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook, Visio
• Familiarity with PowerBI and other Dashboarding tools
• Prior two Co-op terms in IT/ Fintech/ Banking sector
• Teamwork/Projectwork experience
• Strong communication and analytical Skills
• Adaptability to changing timelines and tasks

Nice to have skills:
• Project Control Experience

Workstyle: Hybrid

Location: Toronto

Duration: January – April 2024
• Must be eligible to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a Full Time Capacity
